Hello
I’m Kevin Davidrajan, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges by creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where growth can take root.
My Background and Values
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology from the University of Toronto. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade serving the Peel community in various roles — including working in mental health units at Brampton Civic Hospital, teaching in the school system, and engaging in service and outreach through my church.
These diverse experiences shaped my commitment to compassion, integrity, humility, and cultural sensitivity in my work. I aim to meet each client where they are, recognizing the strengths they already possess and offering tools to support their healing and resilience.
My Approach to Therapy
I take an integrative and person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, seen, and empowered.

Depending on your needs and goals, I may draw from approaches such as:
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Narrative Therapy
-
Existential Therapy
-
Mindfulness-based practices

I see therapy as a shared journey where we explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that may be contributing to distress. Together, we work to build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and create space for hope and growth.
Who I Work With & What I Help With
I offer virtual psychotherapy to teens (11+) and adults across Ontario. I also provide evening availability, making it easier for those with busy daytime schedules to access care.

My areas of focus include:
-
Anxiety, worry, and overthinking
-
Stress and burnout
-
Emotional regulation
-
Identity, self-worth, and faith-related concerns
-
Addictions and coping patterns
-
Life transitions, school/work pressures, and personal growth

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life and strive to offer therapy that is inclusive, accessible, and attuned to your lived experience.
