Our in-person office space offers soft lighting, comfortable seating, and soothing decor to create a safe space for reflection and healing.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Not a fan of traditional therapy that's face to face or in front of a computer? Do you feel the need to move or walk when you’re talking? Try Walk and Talk Therapy, a unique therapeutic experience where you get your steps in, some fresh air and a renewed mindset. Available May-October.
