Trauma
Mental health trauma includes both **big T trauma**, such as natural disasters or violent events, and **small t trauma**, like chronic stress or emotional neglect. While big T trauma can lead to PTSD, small t trauma can also deeply affect one’s emotional well-being. ​

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an effective therapy for both types of trauma. By using bilateral stimulation while recalling distressing memories, EMDR helps reprocess these experiences, reducing their emotional impact and fostering resilience.
This approach empowers individuals to transform their trauma into healing and personal growth.
